All returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization number. Please call 1-800-841-0312 or email us at parts@a-1appliance.com to obtain one.
All appliance parts come with the original manufacturers warranty. The appliance parts warranty varies with each manufacturer. Please contact an A-1 representative for specific part warranties. Since warranty issues are sometimes complex, we encourage you to call us and let an A-1 sales representative resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please call between the hours of 8:00 and 5:30 PM (CST) 1-800-841-0312. If possible, please have your original invoice when you call.
What if you order the wrong part? Don't try making it work, simply send it back with a note explaining the return and an copy of your invoice.
-What if we send the wrong part? We'll make it right (give us a call at 1-800-841-0312).
-We cannot give refunds on special order items, installed parts, or electrical parts.
-Regular orders (uninstalled), that were not shipped using the free shipping method, may be returned anytime within 14 days for a full credit for the cost of the merchandise (Freight charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.) Returned orders that were originally shipped for free will be subject to a 20% restock fee to cover the shipping cost.

In March of 1979, A-1 Appliance Parts opened its doors for business. I had the pleasure of being the very first employee. I was the manager of operations, accounting, purchasing, sales, counter, and oh yes, manager of the janitorial staff. Yes, one man for all occasions. Oh, by the way, I was also the father of two wonderful children and the husband of a loving and understanding wife. Wow! How could someone fail with no one else to blame! Please call 1-800-841-0312 on packages that must be shipped Friday for overnight delivery on Saturday. Overnight Saturday delivery does carry an extra charge of $20.00. All Express, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air Overnight shipments will be shipped via Fed Ex.
