We live in a remote area where getting repair parts is somewhat of a problem. Although I can repair most of our appliances, I still need the parts to do so. I went on line to A-1 Appliance Parts and EASILY found the correct part that I needed at a VERY GOOD PRICE. They even verified that the part I ordered was the correct part for my machine. Purchasing was also very easy and the shipping charges were very fair. Upon ordering, my order was verified and I was given a tracking number to be able to check the progress of my order and the expected arrival date. Finding and ordering the part was very easy.
The problem I had was that they shipped the wrong part to me. However,
the toll free number they had was answered in the evening and the
gentleman who helped me was pleasant and competent. A-1 corrected
the problem on the spot at no additional cost or inconvenience (such
as returning the incorrect part). I received the correct part two
days later as they had promised on the phone call. The bottom line
is that will utilize A-1 again if I have any future needs.

My waching machine was down untill I recieved
the part I ordered, I thought for sure it was going to take a week
or so, but I ordered it on a Sunday night and got the part Tuesday
when I got home from work. It was great.

online. It had been superseded, but A-1 knew that and supplied the

at minimal cost by USPS, arriving here in only two days! I hope

Exactly as promised. Item delivered quicker
than I expected for cross border shipping. Cost of item and S&H
was the main reason I bought online versus locally, and the total
cost worked out to less, even with Revenue Canada applying the GST/PST
and $5CAD handling fee. Email communication was quick, precise,
and informative. One very important point. I asked if a lesser cost
part would work in place of one costing more, and they advised me
"yes". That shows me that they are not trying to upsell me, but
only to sell me the part or product that I need. Honesty is important,
and that they are. Overall, I would deal with A-1 Appliance again
