My experience with A-1 Appliance Parts was a good one. The part I needed was for an old, narrow, wall-mounted oven, and I was having a hard time finding one using the oven model number, both via web search and at local appliance parts retailers. The part diagram with dimensions and the item description on the A-1 website was very helpful and ensured we ordered the right item. After the order, A-1 emailed me with the UPS tracking number and an estimated delivery date. I used the tracking number a couple of times to follow the part and it was delivered on the date expected. It fit perfectly. My parents are very happy that their oven works again. I've purchased many items over the internet, and this transaction was as good as any. I'd shop with A-1 Appliance Parts again.
