Whirlpool Igniters - Oven Igniters

Gas stove igniters have a tough job. They get white hot every time the oven is used and then they have to hang around and slowly bake along with the food! Over time, the igniter's delicate metal can break because of the contact heat it generates. The igniter can also lose continuity so electricity no longer completes a circuit through the igniter and it can't get hot to ignite the gas. If you need a replacement gas stove igniter and you're tired of eating fast food for dinner, take a picture of your oven's data tag with your phone and come back with the model number then use the keyword search for "ign" or "bake". If you can't find the model number and your igniter is rectangular, then there's a good chance our ERIG9998 or WB2X9998 will work for you. If the igniter's round instead, take a look at part # GR403.
