The one-time non-resettable thermal fuse is often not available for purchase by itself because if the high temperature limit thermostat near it is working correctly, the thermal fuse should never go out. A typical high limit thermostat shuts the element off at around 250°F while the thermal fuse is set to blow at around 330°F (those temperatures are just to give a general idea about how the two work together).
