Quality replacement element for Samsung DC47-00019A from Supco. 5300 watt, 240V If you need the complete element assembly including the two thermostats mounted on the housing- thermal fuse DC96-00887A and high limit thermostat DC47-00018A, order replacement element # HHCDC97-14486A linked below. If this element is bad the dryer will still run but it won't produce any heat. You can check to see if it's bad with an ohm meter testing for continuity or you can remove it and look for a break in the wire. When this heating element fails, you should be able to find a spot where the wire physically burned in two. This replacement heater wire assembly was used in older element numbers: DC97-14486D, DC97-08891A, W10222771, WPW10222771, 35001119 Made in the USA by Supco (previously Napco)
