DRYER THERMOSTAT
GE dryer thermostat WE04X25196. This thermostat controls the temperature of the dryer and shuts the heating element off when the right heat level is reached. 4 wires connect to this thermostat and it mounts on the upper left (when facing the dryer) part of the element housing pan in the back of the dryer. The 2 wire thermostat usually used with this one and normally located to the right of it is part number WE04X25194. This GE dryer thermostat may have 278B1502P001 printed on it.
